PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS TEMPORARILY BEATS DOTA 2 AS MOST PLAYED GAME ON STEAM

Yesterday, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds players reached another milestone by beating the number of simultaneous Dota 2 players and becoming the most played game on Steam temporarily, according to Steam charts. Each time, PUBG overcame the title of the Valve by about 30,000 simultaneous players, although none of the games reached their all-time records for most of the simultaneous players of all time.

The early access phenomenon of almost five months only reached one of Steam's most popular franchises, as it had already been the most unplayed game on Steam, and came second after Dota 2.
