I welcomed the return of the battlefield in World War II, which felt fresh despite Call of Duty: World War II last year. It is tempting to compare the two games, but they are very different from the same war. The developers of Battlefield V have kept their promise to tell "unsuspected stories" in places we have never seen in other shooters.
