The Fallout 76's Starting Area is More Fun than You ImagineTime: Jan. 17, 2019 From: SCDKey
The area around Vault 76 is called The Forest in Fallout 76 Bethesda Key. Behind it there are vacant lots, swamps and mountains of ash, but the starting area is leafy and autumnal. You do not have to drink water or make friends with mole rats, but as the light filters through the trees and reflects on you, it's a good place to go.
And it worths a closer look. For the first time in The Forest, you may not notice moonlight taken over by mutant tics, half-buried vertibird in the dirt, teddy bears posing as if they were filming their own cooking program and there are dozens of other dioramas to make space more enjoyable.
In the small town of Flatwoods, one of the first tasks for the group of responders is to search the body of Delbert Winters, a reverend whose church was used to be a hospital after the war. There is a list of terminals that contain address information, as well as information about eight other responding members. This is a treasure hunt that is not guideposted, but if you slow down and pay attention to the environment, you can find it.
