Take-Two developers have sent behind the OpenIV modding tool a truce. Rockstar Games has released the following statement :
"Take-Two actions are not specifically intended for single-player modifications." OpenIV unfortunately allows for detrimental modifications that allow harassment of players and affect the online experience for all GTAs. We are working on how we can continue to support the creative community, without adversely affecting our players. "
