The New Xbox One Duke Controller come outTime: May. 11, 2018 From: SCDKey
It's a crazy moment to be an original Xbox fan. In addition to the recent influx of retro-compatible Xbox One upgrades for older games, the infamous 2001 Duke Controller returns to its shelves almost 20 years after its launch.
Essentially, the revamped controller of Hyperkin showed some key changes compared to the bulky machines of 2001. But in order to revert history to the greatest extent, the overall bulk feels similar, maybe with a slight tweak in regard to general form factor for comfortability.
What has changed? Now there's a 3.5mm headphone port that lets you chat with Xbox Live. The "Back" and "Start" buttons have been changed into the "Menu" and "Change view" buttons. The Microsoft logo is no longer there, as are the memory card slots that are missing from the top of the controller. However, this maybe the coolest and most important change: once pressed, the great Xbox gem in the center of the device plays the boot animation of the original Xbox console through an integrated LCD screen.
Although the Xbox start-up animation may be just a gimmick, but this original animation is starting play on the screen, and it will make people reminde of that history, and I love everything about that history. So, in my mind, xbox game fans should not miss this update and should get a Xbox live 3 Month Gold Membership Digital Code or other product to enjoy it.
