DOOM Unto The Evil DLC: New Harvester DemonTime: Aug. 24, 2016 From: SCDKeyFollowing it's 5 star release earlier this year and a handful of free updates to the games multiplayer, id Software have unleashed their first premium expansion to the game in the form of the Unto the Evil DLC, which is out now priced at £11.99. The expansion is primarily multiplayer content and adds three new maps (Offering, Cataclysm, and Ritual) along with a new weapon (the UAC EMG Pistol), and a new piece of equipment (the Kinetic Mine).
On top of all of this there's also a new Demon rune, turning players of scdkey.com into the deadly and rather zippy Harvester. On a more costmetic level there's also new robotic armor sets, more patterns and colours to customise your character, new taunts and some additional hack modules. Go to the frozen wasteland of the Martian polar core where the UAC has recreated cultish experiments around a demonic artifact. Activate the artifact when enemies are nearby to engulf them in hellfire.
Visit an off-world space station where the UAC has opened a permanent portal to Hell in this map with split environments and player teleporters. Discover an ancient temple fortress built on a pool of Argent energy in this map featuring ancient hell environments, lava pools, and deadly voids. One of the most intriguing new elements of the DLC is the fact that you don't actually need to own the DLC in order to enjoy it.
If you're playing in a party with someone who has purchased the expansion then you'll also have access to the new content. "id Software is also introducing the PartyPlay system, which allows anyone to play any of the new maps from Unto the Evil, as long as you party up with a friend who owns the DLC," the developer explained in a press release. "Similarly, if you own the DOOM + Demon Multiplayer Pack Steam CD Key, the Unto the Evil DLC maps will be accessible to anyone who's in your party as part of the map rotation."
